Payment Terms.
1 we accept payment by Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque.
2. The Confirmation of the order is subject to the realization of the amount incase of the Cheque payment.
3 The Cash on Delivery is valid subject to 20% advance payment, which incase of cancellation of order will be retained as re-stocking Charges.
Warranty Terms and Condition.
1 The Warranty on the product is the Scheme of the OEM(Manufacturer), we facilitate the buyer to process the warranty incase there is a major problem with the goods.
2. we assure the buyer that smaller issues with the product will be restored in our service center free of cost during the warranty period.
3. Incase of major hardware issue we have to forward the equipment to designate OEM Service center, which will take time. We don’t replace the product incase the OEM takes longer than the expected time to restore the unit.
4.The Software inside the product is provided by OEM without any warranty.
5.The Connecting devices (Battery, Chargers, power cable, Printer cable, introductory cartridges) with the Equipment has only test Warranty. The warranty ceases once the device is in Use.
6. The Goods once sold is non-returnable and non-replaceable
